Brass KB231PL Tub and Shower Faucet with 3-Porcelain Lever Handle, Polished Chrome,5-Inch Spout Reach

So pretty--replaced scratch and discolored ones on my large claw foot tub--they look authentic and work great. Bought used--and they are fine...great price!

Everyone loves the white porcelain handles and I like the middle diverter knob so we don’t have that dribbly thing on the tub spout that I used to have to reach down for. The shower head is a bit weak but I have a replacement with a lift off head on a hose that’ll be handier and more powerful. A five minute fix but of course saving water is important too. And the nice thing about this type of faucet is you can control the volume of water with the left and right handles, something not always possible with a single knob shower control. It certainly was a lot of work to install along with the new tub and tiles but was well worth it.

Looks nice but the shower head is awful. There is also a water flow issue. When you turn the handles to put the water on it goes from low flow to full open with no in between. It can make it a pain to get the correct hot and cold mix for a comfortable shower. It also came with a blemish on one of the handles. I need to try and get a replacement handle.

Was easy DIY install. Yes, I had some adjustments to convert from old setup. It's beautiful.

These look great and function as they should but the gasket on the diverter has been a problem. Right after installation it had to be taken apart and cleaned, no biggy. But here we are a little over two years later and the gasket has totally failed. The diverter has been hard to turn for months and now it's totally bad so the hunt is on to find a replacement gasket so we can take showers again.

I am not sure if I received a returned product. Reason, there was some dirt on one of the outlet valves. And the warranty card is quite clear that dirt is not a warranty claim. I cleaned everything up and installed the unit. Seems to be working. There are limited number of types of these 3-way units, so we had to make a decision, to keep or not to keep. Follow-up. After installation and use, the hot water faucet showed a small drip. Rather than undoing all the work and ship the unit back to Amazon, I inspected the valve, and found that the seat had a manufacturing defect: a small scratch on the faceplate of the valve. Contacted KingstonBrass re replacement under warranty ... to learn that they do not provide warranty service outside the US. Instead, they provided me with a link to their website where I can purchase (!!!) a replacement. Looking at their Facebook page, I see many unsatisfied customers, complaining about similar rip-offs. I wished I would have seen this before. Also disappointed that there was no reference on the Amazon Canada website that this unit comes without any warranty. In other words, it is sold "as-is".

Very nice quality for guest shower. A little pricey, but look nice
