I ordered this because it looks cool and I would like to have a real one. When I received it, it appeared to have been sold and returned and sold to me as new. The box was somewhat banged up, there were crusty stains on it like someone had been handling it while eating, a few dings on the edges and the tuners were bent. Not really a problem with the product but with the seller.

Scuffed acrylic body,slight crooked/bending at higher frets to the left. Collected these since 2014 and all the ones from them look magnificent,i mean really well made,strung and painted.I’ve ordered far too many from 2017 to present and i’ve had to return and replace some of them and the replacements are never any better.From missing parts like knobs,especially on the Megadeth Rust in peace guitars.The drums and Amps,Stacks are done ok though they don’t always have the branding printed on them like in the pictures but i’m getting more into those instead.The REV double kick kit is pretty amazing! Orange and Marshall stacks look good too,guitar straps are a total waste of money they need to be made of cloth,the way they are now is just unacceptable and really ugly looking scale wise,material wise.From a huge collector I really hope Axe Heaven reads our reviews and does something one day soon about the quality of their guitars and basses.

The item itself is perfect, and I'm very happy with it as I am with the other 4 I purchased from Axe Heaven!My problem is the company's customer service department and that is why they only get 2 stars. They advertise that they custom make mini equipment and it says "Start the Custom Shop production process by contacting one of our friendly sales representatives at [email protected]". I wanted help from them on this for a special specific gift for my husband. I have sent 3 messages to them to the email they say you start the process with, and not one response! Pure crickets!! Not even an auto response stating that they received any of my inquiries and that I will receive a response shortly. Nothing. This custome item is VERY important to me and they specify they do it so why over a 2 week span and 3 messages to the email they tell you to send your request di they NOT RESPOND?!My review is solely on the customer service of the company for custom order products. They as far as I can see state they do it but when you try to set it up they never get back to you. I wouldn't be so upset but I really just wanted to do something special for my husband and I love Axe Heaven's products. I've purchased 5 guitars from them so when I say that they make custom items I was so excited. Unfortunately they will not answer my emails. I've sent 3 over the course of a couple weeks now. I wish they would have the decency to just tell me they can't do it or won't or something, but to not answer at all only to leaveme hanging is not right at all.
