Works great on my surface pro(2017, the newest when they stopped putting numbers after the model)
I'm really impressed with the quality and design. It's much longer than the Microsoft one and the Velcro straps to secure each end are fantastic. I bought it to keep in my tech bag so not to unplug the original one from my desk. I'm buying a second one right after this review and will put the Microsoft one away for a backup.

Save money, buy off brand
Microsoft is insane charging £90 for their chargers that break every few months. I used one of these off brand chargers for about a year before it finally gave out.(Original gave out after only 3 months) the extended length is great for classrooms with few charging ports. Just overall a nice charger with a great case!

Overall great replacement
For less than 3amps- it does a great job in charging my surface pro book, who's original charger was a bit over 4 amps. What I've notice is that the tip of this charger does not get as hot as my original charger, which was pretty much the reason my original charger broke down.

Perfect as extra set of cables
Perfect as extra set of cables. I now have multiple charging cords in all my standard locations: office, home office , laptop bag. Love the travel pouch to keep everything organized.

Better than OEM charger
I needed a new charger and wasn’t about to pay £90 for a new one. That’s absurd. Found this one after reading some reviews. One thing I really like that I didn’t expect is that this charger is a lot longer than the OEM charger. And worked just the same.

Good Charger at a Reasonable Price
I lost the charger cable for my MS Surface Pro. The MS store wanted more than twice what I bought this for and it comes with a case so it won't be so easy to lose while traveling
