There is no zipper compartment. For paper cash, there are 2 classic billfold compartments (one has a secret pocket).

Well it's lined with material and it's very well made I must say

I bought this wallet, it’s really tight when putting 3 credit cards in, will it loosen up after time?

I put 4 in mine as soon as I got it and didn't have any problem- 2 on each side. I think there supposed to be tight so they don't fall out.
