Are stainless steel metal soakers better? Will it come out when you pour the tea?

Does it pour cleanly? The one we got before runs all down the size of the spout and makes a mess.

I do not have this problem. I think part of the problem is if you pour with the metal lid on. It could drip a little from tea touching the metal lid then dripping down. The reason of a strainer for a good tea is after brewing for 3-4 minutes, the tea leaves should be removed (you can use the same tea leaves for a second brewing).
