I just love the Cinnamon Smartcake and so thankful for finding out a company to make with zero carbs too and only 38 calories!! Outstanding! I adore the Cinnamon favor is #1 with me and I usually buy boxes of 8 when I run out. It has everything I could think of a delicious snack and 38 calories, how can you beat that?!! They did have this special limit time of Orange Cream I think it was, my #2 most favorite!! I can't wait until one day they bring that back. I hope they do one day. The company told me they stop making that to come out with these Smart Muffin to which I tried the Pumpkin Spice and yum yum are my words for that. Also the chocolate chip wasn't to bad lots of chips and there is also banana nut that was pretty good. Again zero carbs and around 94 calories I think but they are hugh! They certainly got my business from now on.

These cakes are wonderful. They're as good or even better than non-keto cupcakes. But there's a problem. The entire box consists of eight very tiny mini cupcakes. That means you're paying more than $2.50 each, which is insane. And despite the company's claims, there's no ingredient that is rare or unusually expensive other than the vanilla. The eggs aren't free range or organic. The whey isn't organic. The fiber isn't organic. Etc. The most a box of eight mini cupcakes (four packages of two each) should cost is about $10. I don't know whether the more than $20 price is due to scale issues, incompetence or price gouging. But I do know that as much as I love these cakes, I won't be buying them often, if at all, until the price is dramatically reduced.

I have had these before and overall I like the the texture and taste, problem is these are way over priced and then when I get them they are moldy. I had to throw them out. I don't have time to return it, I just won't buy these again. If you are going to charge a premium for a product made of eggs and whey protein then it needs to be fresh and mold is unacceptable. Tired of all keto and health products being marked up because they are healthy. You only get 4 packs in a box with 2 cakes in each pack, and lets be real nobody is eating just one cake in a pack. This should be $10 a box of 4 rather then $21 +. If these were more reasonably priced and fresher would buy these all the time.

The cakes themselves are great. They are tasty and the ingredients used are very health-conscious. They are a great option to kill a sweet craving without using too many calories of your daily budget of calories. However, the handling of the product is TERRIBLE. This is a perishable product that is supposed to be kept frozen. Why is it being shipped like all other non-perishables??? Obviously by the time it gets to the destination is spoiled full of mold!!... it's a shame because I really like the cakes.

Update. So I tried theses muffin cakes and they taste ok but had a really bad smell. I thought I could tolerate the smell but I really can’t. If it weren’t for the bad smell I would have gave this review 5 stars. The taste is great just can’t handle the smell. I do not recommend this.

Surprisingly tastey. Love the cinnamon flavor. If you are diabetic count diabetic carbs not net carbs. Diabetic carbs are 2 per cake. Satisfies, the craving for cake or muffins. There is a small after taste probably due to the erythritol. Maybe a touch of stevia would help. Would buy again but they are expensive.

These little cinnamon gems are to die for! I have been doing Keto for 1 year now and decided to give these a try ---- sooooo glad I did. I took my blood sugars before taking a bite and it was 87. I took it again 1/2 hr later after eating 1 cake and it was 87!!! So my blood sugars were not affected by these Smartcakes! This is quite amazing to me as everything seems to affect my blood sugars. They are a little spendy, but to me, they are worth it! So happy to have discovered this yumminess!

I have always liked these products and was disappointed that this time they arrived in what tasted spoiled. Then I saw spots on the muffins. Hopefully these products may be shipped only if fresh or it will be difficult to trust the state they may arrive in.
