My product is defective & I believe a safety issue if for the only reason to be burn risks.
The product is not functioning properly. The low setting is hotter & faster than the high setting & the stay cool end that your supposed to hold gets screaming hot! As a retired firefighter & married to a fire investigator, it’s obvious there is something very wrong with this item. I am returning. It is a safety issue.

It's an okay product, merely for the fact that the tip DOES NOT stay cool. Within 5 minutes of using is, the tip that was advertised as staying cool, gets extremely hot.

Don’t judge by the cover 🧐!!!
I come with no BS to you! At first saw I thought “another secondhand item that will not work” I try it a few weeks later.... BOOM it left my hair super soft IT DIDN’T break my hair (my hair is very thick and dry). Best investment ever.

Natural 4c hair
This took all of the guess work out with trying to use a blow dryer brush. I was able for the 1st time in years to successfully blow my hair out in less time than it would take with a blow dryer. I would definitely recommend for black natural hair.
