I love this product. I use it both externally and internally. It is so good for the body and the skin. I've worked with essential oils for over 30 years. As a natural oil this is an adjacent product and one I have used as carrier and for many other things. A recent game changer really upped the anti on my already great feeling about Avocado oil. It was recommended to me by a very high end esthetician as a treatment for anti aging skin as well as cystic acne, eyelash growth and conditioner and skin areas suffering from ingrown hairs (like a woman's chin, an underarm, a mans face or any other place on the body). I personally use this Avocado oil on my face, in my cooking, as an additive for my creams and lotions which makes them really divine (so much richer and really turns them in to a treatment). It is great for the skin daily or right after a mask or peel. There are no bad uses! I cook alot and use this Avocado oil to saute, to add flavor to many things such as soups and sauces and to replace just about any other oil being called for in a recipe. It's heavenly and very good to ingest. It is full of antioxidants and healthy fats like oleic acid. It's known to be very effective in increasing HDL - the good cholesterol. Avocado oil is high in lutein which is necessary for eye health. Our bodies do not make lutein. We have to rely on our diet to get it. Their are nutrients that need to be ingested with healthy fat in order to be effective. Avocado oil is a healthy fat. It's great to add a bit to your vegetables like carrots and to salad. Extracts from Avocado have been known to help pain and inflammation from osteoarthritis. Unsaponifiables in Avocado oil aid in periodontal and gum disease. You can see the list goes on and on. Bottom line: Buy this oil which I find to be exceptional great from ArtNaturals. Artnaturals is a wonderful company with a great reputation and very good policies. I have used many of their products. ( I adore their oil diffusers too!)

This is a great product. I have been using Essential Oils for years, but have not tried Avacodo oil. I first tried it directly on my face for a moisturizer - WOW! Within a few days, I saw & felt smoother, clear, and hydrated skin. The extra on my hands, helped my cuticles and dry hands. It absorbs without the greasy look/feeling. I also used it as a carrier oil - my new favorite, over coconut oil! ALSO... I tried cooking with it. Our family has allergy issues, but now we can use a healthy oil without adverse reactions. I ordered this because of the reviews I read. I am ecstatic that I listened to others! This is now a staple oil for us!

I love the product itself. It smells fantastic and works really well on dry skin. I use it on my toddler’s cheeks as they get dry and chapped in the winter. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the bottle type and top dispenser. It’s very difficult to just dispense a small amount of oil with the top that is on the bottle. Perhaps a pump might be better? Overall a great product!

3/28/19 I have had this product for 1 week and 1 day. I love it so far. It leaves my hair and skin so shiny and moisturized. I also use it as make up remover. After I wash it off my face my skin feels amazing and absorbs my nightly products so well. This has been the best Avacado Oil brand I've used and I dont think I'll be switching to any other brand anytime soon. I'm so excited to try there other oils! If anything changes within a month of my review I will update this review :-) Update: 4/16/19 Tue oil is still living up to its expectations. I use it as a sealer for my hair oils as well as a hot oil treatment. I also use it for make up remover. I mix it with sweet almond oil, and jojoba oil. It has a little of a bold smell but nothing that lingers through out the day. My hair is much softer using the oil combination as well.

The reviews for this products are real I love it and I will order it again… Skin smooth and silky and it Moistures your hair great. I’m just waiting to see will it help your hair to grow will come back with updates but I love it . The smell is great and the oil is not too thick. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I use this oil ALL OVER MY BODY AND HAIR. I STILL HAVE A LOT LEFT AND IT WILL LAST A LONG TIME ,YOU ONLY HAVE TO USE A LITTLE AND IT IS ENOUGH TO COVER YOUR WHOLE BODY.

I had never used Avocado oil before but wanted to try it for a carrier/body/hair oil. I read that Avocado oil is very good because of the fatty acids, Vitamins A, D & E. I'm currently pregnant and wanted a natural & organic oil that would be good for my stretching skin. It has a slightly "nutty" essence to it when you pour it into your hand...reminds me of Pistachios! You'll be happy to know that the scent dissipates very quickly and does not linger onto your skin. A little goes along way with this product so I know I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of this 16 oz bottle! Moisturizing and not greasy!

This oil is great for moisturizing my skin, but the smell is AWFUL. I have Sjogren's syndrome so I have to put oil on my whole body before I get out of the shower. The color is off putting enough (sort of the color of mucous when you have a bad cold or sinus infection). But the smell?? UGH!! It' s like a mixture of compost and grass clippings. Not freshly mown grass, grass clippings that have sat out in the heat in a black trash bag. I added a TON of cinnamon oil and a spice blend oil. It has helped some, but I still hate using it every day. My shower looks like someone with a serious sinus infection sneezed all over my shower. As I write this I think to myself life is too short to use smelly, mucous colored body oil. I think I'll just order another less smelly, less snot appearing oil.
