Great Way to Start Your Day
Yes, I know this is made as a pre-workout supplement, but it's an awesome coffee replacement. I usually avoid caffeine because I'm breastfeeding but having a newborn makes me desperate sometimes. I used to choke down a cup of coffee, but now I never turn my coffee maker on. This makes me feel energized, tastes way better than coffee (which I don't like), and helps me survive a day when I'm desperate after a sleepless night.

Good taste and lasting energy
I really liked this pre-workout because it gave me the energy I needed without being overdone. I was hesitant to try it at first because I don’t like the taste of stevia but this was a perfect blend and didn’t have that normal plant taste nor the chemical aftertaste I’ve gotten from other pre-works I’ve tried.The label says to start with 1/2 a scoop so I did and waited about 15 min before starting my run. Didn’t really feel any different until about a mile in THEN I felt the wariness push aside and off I went. The second go around I decided to try a full scoop. I made it through a spin class and Pilates class with out feeling like I needed a nap afterwards. I feel like I got enough with the half scoop though so I’ll probably stick with that.

excellent pre-workout
was a little skeptical to try a more natural pre-workout product considering i am generally used to more stimulant based ones. The LIV energy definitely met and exceeded my standards when it came to taste energy and pump. i definitely didn't expect a naturally sweetened product to taste this good. Most importantly NO CRASH! Super clean energy that didn't leave me jittery or feeling run down afterwards.

Best preworkout
I’m not much of a preworkout kinda guy cause they usually make me feel jittery and then crash hard, but I took the plunge and bought some because I figured might as well buy the whole set of products . I was very impressed, it gives not only a very clean kind of energetic boost but also mental focus and zero crash. I’ve tried maybe 10 different preworkouts throughout the years and this is the best. I highly recommend.

Will buy again
I love this stuff, and enjoy the coconut flavor. Warning! If you have never used a pre-workout before only use halve a scoop to see how you will feel because it can really overclock your system. Regardless, it is a great product that I do recommend.

RIPOFF!!!!
Wow! What a ripoff!!! Jar is only 1/3 full. Picture is of freshly opened jar. Should have read the fine print. Half as much by weight than my regular for a couple of bucks less! Thought I would try something new and based on the good reviews pulled the trigger. Lesson learned. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!!!!

Finally found my fav pre. Wow this one is good, Making workouts great again! Just the right amount of caffeine, plus the added Citrulline gives me an epic pump! Great flavors also.

Very energizing and taste is great. Amount in scoop is small compared to other brands so that’s good.
