throw away the scraper
The real mccoy, people. Like all others, you will want to stuff it with a piece of foam to control the ringing that is not part of the authentic sound. And you'll need a better scraper, probably the Meinl.

Pins are to small and wear out if a hard comb is used. Raspy metallic sound does no resonate like other metal guiras.

It is great, but the scraper is too wide and too short. It needs to be longer and half the width.
