I love ajvar, coming from Europe, we used to eat it very often. As a side dish or spread on good crusty bread, it is delicious!

Delicious eggplant and red pepper mixture (Ajvar)
During a vist to the Balkans, I discovered this delightful condiment and was looking for something similar after I came home. After a bit of research, I found this and it did not disappoint. It is made with roasted eggplant and red peppers. In the Balkans, Ajvar is often eaten with fresh cheese. Here, I eat it with cream cheese on toast, mixed with cottage cheese, or mixed with Greek yogurt. It is somewhat similar in taste to the East Indian dish, Baingan Bharta.

生まれてからずうと自家製のアイバルを食べました食べたが、買えるアイバルの中でママスアイバル（辛口）は最高です最高です。本物のパプリカの味、そしてナスの味、忘れられない。野菜は好きな人に是非オススメオススメ。パンと食べてもいいし、ソーセージやお肉にもよく合います。三個買いましたけど、友達と毎日食べてますので、また注文します。

Vor Jahren gab's das in Deutschland im Rewe. Mein Mann ist süchtig danach. Es hat eine ganz andere Qualität und Konsistenz als alles was es in Deutschland gerade gibt, echtes Rauch Aroma. Einfach besonders. Mega Qualität

Guter Ajvar. Ohne Zweifel. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu Stückig. Es ist pikant, aber nicht scharf, was mir gefällt. Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Ohne Zweifel empfehlenswert!

Der beste Ajvar
Das ist hands down der beste Ajvar, dem ihr jemals essen werdet. Die Zutaten sind übersichtlich und der Geschmack haut mich jedes Mal um. Dafür zahl ich sogar das Geld, auch wenn es viel ist. Lieber weniger und seltener als schlechter Ajvar
