Lowa Men's Hudson LL LO Hiking Shoe

This is a great shoe with high quality I have experienced with other Lowa boots that I own. I am somewhere between an 8.5 and 9.0 with a narrow heel so I am familiar with the related fit for many years now .A 9.0 narrow heel would have been perfect!.One point relative to this shoes design that I want to bring to your attention - now that you have asked. The Lowa sole I notice is slippery on the break and gas pedal when wet. This is even more noticeable on a five speed of which I own two. In similar circumstances this does not happen with the "Vibram" soles on my other Lowa's. Other than that it is a perfect shoe.Ralph B. Johnston

The shoes are built solid and have good support. There is plenty room for the toes and are comfortable. But they are very heavy, and I think they are less like hiking shoes with the flat tread, but more like working shoes. Feels like a pair of steel toe shoes.

These shoes fit me well. I have flat feet and they are comfortable for me. I remarked that there is not good arch support, not as a negative but to indicate that if you have tall arches you might want some inserts. These shoes are all day everyday wearers. They are holding up to my abuse well.

Beautiful shoe. Very comfortable out of the box. The leather is soft, supple, and very high quality. I plan to wear these for many years to come. My first pair of Lowa's, so I'll take a look at their high ankle hiking boots when the time comes.

I like Lowa a lot . The fact that they still use leather to line them is a big selling point . Too bad there are not more manufacturers that don't use leather .
