I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and I am hopeful. I've read many of the reviews and have taken a topical form so, hopefully, between both, I will start seeing results soon.I don't have a lot of wrinkles, a few small lines around the eyes and mouth.... I attribute to the fact that I smile a lot. Hahah! This product is loaded with phytoceramides but it also contains vitamin C, vitamin 6 and B12, all of which are known for their health benefits, inside and out, so I really don't see how you could go wrong with it.

I have only used for a little over a month and my skin seems to be softer... A great product..

I like this product but can't say if it is doing much.

I have recently started taking this product and I have yet to see any direct results after 10 days. What had drawn my interest in this product at first was that it is made from all natural ingredients and that it will work on improving your hair, skin and nails from the inside of your body. My skin tends be on the oily side and I did have some break outs on my forehead prior to trying this product. After 10 days I have completely clear skin again that feels smooth again.Winter can be tough on our bodies, especially on our skin which can feel dry or itchy most of the time. This is a great product to try to help out with your dry, itchy skin or skin that could use a healthy boost of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 that we may not be getting daily. Each capsule contains Vitamic C, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12 in addition to the 350 mg of the Phytoceramides. I have not been taking this product long enough to see a major difference. My skin does look more radiant and has not been having such a negative reaction to the cold, I am not sure if that correlates with this pill but this is the only change in skin-related items that I am taking. The pills are very easy to swallow, I take mine with a glass of water when I take my vitamins. I can take them on an empty stomach and do not get an upset stomach either. I really do not have much in the realm of wrinkles, but I do notice crows feet when I smile. I am really hoping that continuing to take phytoceramides will help me in ensuring that they become less visible or they do not get worse in time!

So it's not all about the topical creams. Beauty comes from the inside out. It didn't take long for my blemishes to clear up and no; I'm not 16. I'm 51. It's not just the blemishes but the radiance your skin reflects when it's nourished. Kinda like when your mama told you to eat your vegetables. I do use Vitamin C and Hydraulic Acid moisturizer but love plant products that encourage rejuvenating skin cells. Quality product reasonably priced and made in the USA. A big plus!

I have been taking Phytoceramide for a while now. I like the way it helps my skin. It helps specially in dry winter months to keep my skin hydrated and moist. It has firmed up my skin and it also provides protection against UV rays, although I still use sunscreen.

Overall, I think taking these capsules has really just added life back into my skin. My pores are looking smaller and I'm noticing I don't have to use as many moisturizers. Overall I think it's a great product with virtually no side effects that I can see.
