What a great little recorder/player. The quality of the recordings are 90% as good as my Sony. Maybe 95%. It does take a little longer to switch on and start recording, though. It has a useful backlight which my Sony doesn't have, but is 10x harder to operate (although both are super easy to record on, which is the most important thing). Once you know how to operate it it's okay, but you will have to put a little effort in. It is worth it, though. It is less than a third of the price of the Sony (which although a Japanese company disappointingly says on the back 'made in china'!). Whether the components are of the same quality and will last, only time will tell. Chinese goods, unless made under licence, are not known for their longevity. I do, however, have some chinese gadgets that are years old, so fingers crossed. Some useful features include record led on/off, equaliser, bit rate selection and voice activated recordings. This last is brilliant as you have the ability to set the activation level and it never cuts off any part of the first word (like the Sony, I think it records a couple of seconds and just keeps overwriting it until it picks up a noise or voice).

Does the Job, but feels like it is came out of a Christmas cracker, not worth the £13.69 paid for it This voice recorder seems to be able to carry out the functions required of it such as record and playback, capturing sound at an adequate level for a device of its price range. That said, it feels as though I will be extremely lucky if it survives longer than its warranted period. I have seen stronger materials used on items that have emerged from Christmas crackers from the £1 pound shop. I feel that if you expect to use this in anyway other than occasionally (as I intend to) and at home in a safe environment then prepare for the inevitable early demise. I get the feeling that some very cheap internal parts have been used and the recording capability is delivered as a result of basic recording software. In conclusion, this recorder does do what it says it will do and does deliver recordings that are commensurate with its price tag, but its construction is of cheap materials, it feels flimsy and gives the impression that it will not last. £4.99 would be more representative of what it is worth.

Poor quality. Feels cheap, plastic and not well put together. I opened the product on day of arrival, switched on okay and didn't really test any of the functions as I was busy. Turned off and put back in box. Just opened today to use for first big meeting and won't turn on! Nothing works. States it has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery but it is as dead as a Dodo. Waist of money, can't send it back and now have to buy a decent one. Save yourself the waste of money and just buy a known brand at a decent price and somewhere you can return if you have issues.

This voice recorder is really quite even when the volume is on full so i would not recommend it to anyone who is hard of hearing other wise it's okay and quite easy to use

Ses dimensions (80 * 35 * 10 mm) le rendent bien discret, mais la sensibilité des micros est assez limitée. Les personnes placées à 4 m sont à peine audibles. Le mode d'emploi ? Il faut une loupe pour le lire et exclusivement en anglais.

Veramente prezioso. Batteria eterna, facile da usare, ottima qualità di registrazione (ovviamente per conversazioni). Non è un registratore professionale ma svolge il suo lavoro più che dignitosamente.

Sound quality was a little less quality but the price reflects and we were extremely happy to have it for what we needed.
