Product was damaged, melted and full of crystals where the chocolate had turned. I threw 80 percent of it in he trash.

I did not receive the item advertized here. It was not the "Bar" pictured in the Amazon ad, but the bar-shaped package of small individual pieces. Its not the same thing at all, and I did not get what I paid for. I could have bought these at Walmart for a lot less. I had my wife give them out at Christmas and didn't realize until several had been opened that I'd not received what I purchased.

I gave these out as a gift at my office and was informed they are not edible. All were melted and deformed. I’m not happy that everyone I gave these to couldn’t eat them. ALL 48 of them!! I had to give it 1star but I didn’t want to.

I ordered these yesterday to give away in gift bags for Christmas. They came this morning and each bag is the same. Melted and chocolate everywhere! I would be embarrassed to place these in a bag and give them to someone they look like trash. I’ve ordered in the past and had no issue. It’s cold here but somehow these melted. Not good at all.

The package was already damaged when it was delivered. The chocolate bars were melted and broken, when it was delivered in January it got re frozen due to sub zero temperature. Doesn't taste like the original, you can see from the attached image , filling in the middle is gone.

The product came all melted and dripping. When I tried to return it using the regular way, it said I couldn't return it. When I tried to chat, the chat was not available; when I attempted to call, calls weren't working either. Paid almost $30 for these chocolates to arrive like water, literally liquid dripping.

The packaging box had oil stains, so I knew something was up. Opened the box and the package window of every bag of chocolates was covered in melted chocolate. Not ok. Tried to return, message said non returnable, but I did chat and got a replacement anyway. Don't give up even if it says not returnable. If it's damaged of course it's returnable. I order these every year for xmas gifts. Never had this happen before. Fingers crossed the replacement isn't gross. If the replacement is fine I'll try to remember to upgrade my review.

these are my favorite candy bar but all 30 were melted and I was so disappointed, wish I would of listened to the reviews also it was only 35 degrees when I got these. what a waste of money

Bought it from Quadrant LLP(seller name). Packaging- Came with 2 ice packs and they were chill to touch even though the product was picked up 6 days before it got delivered. Chocolate- Very smooth, did melt on its own, tasted like caramel.

Esta marca no falla!! Son buenísimos.
