Please can anyone tell me if it leaves your hair crispy or stiff. I have naturally curly hair, not looking for a firm finish,would like a soft bounce

This doesn’t leave your hair in the least bit crispy. I’ve used it for a long time now and my hair feels soft. Don’t use the foam version though as that is definitely crispy

Do I use this on top of step 3 of the 3 step system?

Initially when my hair loss was at its worst I used all Nioxin products, the shampoo, conditioner etc. Now my hair loss is not as bad I tend to use just the Diaboost serum on dry hair to add thickness. This works best for me. Think it’s finding what works best for you.

Do you leave this on or rinse it off? One section says leave 3 mins & rinse well, then in another section it says leave in?

I leave it on for about 3 minutes and then rinse and the. One a month I leave it in over night

Is this the original product?

Yes, definitely. Bought two bottles- they are just the same as my empty bottle which I bought at the hairdresser.
