Authentic Indian chutney powder
Great authentic Indian MTR chutney powder. Add a little oil and you have a delicious accompaniment for a dosa.

Great taste
I love MTR masalas and this tastes best for Idli or Dosa. It is pricey than at Indian store

Good stuff, pretty healthy too.
Good stuff, I have used it with rice, tablespoon of butter, tablespoon of the powdered product, a cup of uncooked rice and two cups of chicken broth. The result looks like a rice version of mac and cheese, but with a mild exotic flavor and just a slight warmth in the mouth. I suspect that it is healthier than mac and cheese, one can substitute olive oil for the butter, the directions recommend ghee (kind of like clarified butter), I make mine without salt, but it can be added to taste.

Be careful not to chip your teeth!
Something gritty and “glass breaking” or sandy texture is in the chutney powder or at least the badge that I received? It’s hard to detect. I mixed the chutney powder with the vegetarian stew I made with tofu, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, carrots and peas and I had to throw away the entire food and the chutney powder packet because of the “glass breaking” texture under my teeth . I didn’t want to take a chance of breaking my teeth or an expensive visit with my dentist!
