KeylessOption Just The Case Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob Shell

I heard that many times you only need to replace the outer case and can reuse the inner circuit board. The buttons on the inside wear down and no longer make good contact with the circuit board. So I tried this and it worked. For anyone that has replaced the battery in your fob and you still have issues, I would highly recommend buying one of these to try as a test. Save yourself the hassle and money of having to reprogram the fob.

My old keyfab was cracked at the top and would fall apart if dropped on a hardwood floor. This is a great option that's much more affordable than buying a new keyfab. The colors are a little different, specifically, the horn button isn't as bright of a red as my old one, but it gets the job done.

My other key fob just would not work. I could take the chip out and wet my fingertips and make it work. So I purchased this to see if I took the guts out of my key fob and put in this one to see if it would work. It works like a charm. It was a snug fit to get it to close but for the first time in months I have a working fob.

I started by putting in a new battery in my remote, still wasn't working properly.Thought I would take a chance and try a new case.Now it works like new.Works so good I bought another case for the other remote.

Key fob shell was too small for the inside component of my old fob and the only reason I bought it, listen to reviews !!

Don't forget to clean the contacts on your PCB. I used a pencil eraser and alcohol on a cloth. Worked great.

I purchased this since I knew the pads in my fob were going bad. I swapped them out and it works like new!
