Unmodified Potato Starch 500g, Gluten Free, Non GMO.

If you’re reading this review then you most probably already know of the positive health benefits of including potato starch in your diet. My research into potato starch made me realise that for the best results I needed an ‘unmodified’ version (meaning no additives of any kind) and that’s exactly what you’ll get with this product - in addition it’s also gluten free. This product can be used in all sorts of different ways. My prime reason for purchasing this was for my gut health - I mix a teaspoon in a small glass of water and drink it before bedtime. I also use it in baking, and I additionally find it works much better than corn flour for thickening up gravy and sauces. Given its quality and reasonable price this is a product I’m happy to recommend.

Just brilliant as a meat tenderiser, but use little (search for times and quantities for your particular protein), and it thickens sauces beautifully. It was a total revelation, discovering this.

Its a very good product. This is the second time I’m buying it. This time I bought a bigger pack as I new it I’ve used it previously and am very pleased with quality. I use it for baking and it does very well the job. I recommend it .

I saw that coating par boiled potatoes in this product made exceptionally crunchy roast potatoes and it certainly did! Best ever!

I use this for making up a gluten-free all-purpose flour. Good product at a reasonable price.

Used the yourhealthstore Unmodified Potato Starch for cooking and it worked really well. I specifically used it to make potato dumplings, and it helped them stay in shape nicely during cooking. Good texture, easy to use, and great that it’s gluten free and non-GMO. Will definitely be buying again for future recipes.
