Good quality for a good price
Actually much better quality than I expected. As a 17 year old on a budget, I bought it to use mainly for protection in my bench vice (when tightly clamping fragile objects, it’s nice to have a bit of padding) but actually found this was high enough quality for leatherwork. I do leather work and enjoy it, but tend to buy large amounts of it at a higher price from more mainstream and reliable suppliers, and was skeptical about this, obviously, but this is definitely high enough quality to use for leatherwork. I made a belt loop for my nylon bullwhip and it worked great. Was quick and easy to make and looks pretty good too. This is great for getting small amounts for one or maybe two tiny projects when you need it fast. Would recommend.

An excellent piece of leather.
I cut two 12 x 2 1/2 strips to make a knife sharpening strop.. one side smooth, one side suede. The piece I received was very uniform in thickness, no blemishes whatsoever although I dont think, for my use, it would have mattered too much.Very happy with purchase. I live in Fl, so it took 3 days to get here, but the outcome was great.

Good thick leather for sheaths and holsters among other things.
Exactly what I wanted for making a knife sheath. I'm now going to make 2 holsters.High-quality leather with uniform thickness and good finish.I rubbed 2 coats of Mink Oil on the finished side.
