Tastes horrible and even worse aftertaste
Has good amount of aminos and glutamine for recovery after workout, but unfortunately I couldn't stand the aftertaste and even the taste of the supplement powder. It's just a horrible horrible taste really difficult to get rid of which made me hesitate every time I was about to take the supplement. It also has red #40 as part of its ingredients, so another reason not to like it very much. So, no I don't think I'll be using it again
