These stock cubes have been a game changer for the low FODMAP diet. Kind to the gut. No nasties.

I look forward to when they invent something non acidic that tastes like the tasty onion extract and wheat that they put in Oxo vegetable stock cubes. I have acid trouble and cannot eat anything acidic so I amthankful for 7's veg stock cubes.

I bought this to avoid the garlic and onion that all other stock cubes have. It's a great (and maybe the only one) alternative if you want to follow the low FODMAP diet. in terms of taste, knor might have a stronger taste, but me and my gut are happy with this one!

Good only ones I could find that are wheat free and garlic and onion free
