My son and his girlfriend order these regularly to make Tiramisu. They are great for this.

Dip quick!
There’s nothing wrong with these, except that they soaked up so much liquid so fast that you need to really be careful to dip them for a microsecond or they’ll get too soft and mushy and use up all of your liquid in the tiramisu recipe. I had to make twice as much dipping liquid, which turned out to be fine, but it’s definitely more than it called for because these absorbs so much so quickly.

Went to make tiramisu today- first time I bought these and they were stale and had a strange odor, one of the packets was not sealed. Will not buy again . Could not find a sell by date on package
