The pillow did not come vacuum packed, just the pillow with its cover in the box. Its been more than 48 hours now and still has not expanded and still deformed, one side still rolled/curled., pillow did not fill out the pillow case as shown in the advertisement photos. It is soft but as I haven’t used it yet as its still deformed and almost just flat, i don’t know what to say re comfort and support. Will be returning this joke of a comfort/support pillow.

After years of trying generic pillows and experiencing neck pains (after a car accident long time ago), I realized that my neck needed more support. I have tried many options, however, this one worked by far the best. It came in a fancy box with detailed illustrations of the different support features. Right off the bat, it provided firm support for my neck and the height of the pillow was great as well. I like way how the pillow curves around my shoulders, so I can sleep right up against it. The best part about this pillow was the two supports on either side. I have a tendency to turn from sleeping on my back to my side during the night, and the higher face support actually holds my neck at the right height which helps to avoid straining and prevents my shoulders from being crushed. Actually, it was pretty darn comfortable (very very). Again, I was very surprised how well this pillow works with me. Now I need to buy one for my wife. It's a great buy!

I was needing a pillow that offered good head support. The quality of the pillow is great but wish it was a little softer in density. I knew this would be firm but it is much firmer than anticipated. It hurts my ears to lay on although it does support my neck. Same pillow with a little softer memory foam I’d say it was perfect.

Although, I loved the pillow for it’s quality and comfort, I was horribly allergic to either the chemicals or materials of the pillow. After a few weeks of sleeping on it, it made my head unbearably itchy! Just to be sure it was the pillow, I slept on a different pillow for a few weeks. The itching stopped. By then, I had the pillow for about 6 weeks. When I pulled up my order information, it said that my return window had closed. A big thanks to Amazon though! Despite the return window being closed, I contacted Amazon’s customer service and explained what had happened and also that the advertisement photos for the pillow showed that the company gives an 100 night trial period guarantee. They graciously refunded me in full! If I wasn’t allergic to something in the pillow, I would highly recommend it otherwise! Most importantly, I love and appreciate Amazon’s service!!

It's very hard a d does not cushion my head at all. Has good support for the neck but it's so hard under the head that it actually made my neck hurt worse becauseit cause that area to be out of line. And to top things off when I used it it caused tingling pain and numbness down my right arm. Something I don't normally have. The neck pain/stiffness and the tingling lasted all day. I tried it 3 nights and it just got worse each time. Between tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable, the neck pain, and the tingling it's hard to remember when I've had a worse night's sleep in my own bed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Waste of money. Even after days, it never regained a pillow shape nor did it ever get fluffy. It's still curled on one side and is about 2 inches high at it's highest point. There's very little give in it and it feels like sleeping on a brick. Very uncomfortable and disappointing.

I have been using my current memory foam pillow for years now and have decided it's time to get a new one. I really like how all the contours of this pillow are meticulously designed to fit the head, neck and shoulder while looking sleek and modern. The fitted pillow case is a bonus, I may add another pillow case on top of it to match my bedding and to be extra clean, since the memory foam part is not machine washable. The best part is the texture of the foam, soft & forms to my neck and head and it doesn't heat up like my current one. I am not sure how to describe it accurately, but it is just super comfortable. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who wants a good night's sleep.

Did not ever inflate back to normal size after unboxing (comes rolled). Clearly defective. I purchased as “open box” - I believe it was a return and I can clearly see why. Amazon should not resell defective items. I had to return it, and I included a note asking Amazon NOT to relist it due to it's defect, hopefully to spare the next unsuspecting shopper. Also, noting that this pillow is currently manufacture out of stock, so if you see another unboxed one become available shortly do not buy - it's probably going to be THIS same defective one. I’d really love to try a functional version of this pillow, I have their dream sleep pillow and really like that one. If I can find one I will update my review accordingly. For now, I’m forced to give one star given its very sad state.

This pillow is quite different from other memory foam pillow. It well supports your neck not only the back but also the sides. Highly recommend.
