Nielsen-Massey Pure Peppermint Extract for Baking and Cooking, 4 Ounce Bottle

This is so superior to other lemon extract products. It's more expensive but worth it.

Using Neilsen Massey is like going from generic to a fine bakery. The color is great. All their products are sealed as they should be. The potency is awesome, even if I'm cheating and making a variation on a store bought cake, I'll add a tsp or even a bit more of the lemon extract, not "vanilla" and it gives any box mix a much more authentic taste. As far as cost, even if it is a bit more the value in the taste is worth it. It does not change the baking ability of anything, it's just a really good product.
