Macgyver - The Complete Fourth Season

I love the case (box) with three separate sleeves protected with plastic DVD case (thin). Total of 5 discs.Plays well no problem but no Subtitle/Caption option. While the shipment was having some issues, I am definitely happy and thanked the vendor who stayed vigilant and provided timely feedback/services. Thank you!

Season 4 was as good as ever! I loved this show as a child and it is even better now!! Classic MacGyver getting himself out of any and all situations. We need more TV heroes like MacGyver today. He is entertaining, but always upholds a decent set of morals. I'm glad the later seasons got away from the "James Bond Playboy" attitude that was prevalent in Season 1. Season 4 tackled some of the big issues of the day for the late 1980's. Mac was just good clean entertainment and he always made you think! I actually think it was MacGyver that inspired me to study Chemistry in college- he always knew everything about anything!The DVD's were good quality and reasonably priced. I liked the fact that there were not to many extras added keeping the price down. Overall a great buy! I plan on purchasing the rest of the series!

I like MacGyver a lot, for its inventive script writing, well chosen character actors,and let's face it, we all watch MacGyver's ability to use what's at hand to make things work.THIS EPISODE IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY - SEASON 4 12. THE CHALLENGEStrong emotional content not suited for young viewers.There may be others episodes you may want to skip along the way as you see things you don;t care for developing, but so far this one was by far the one I would avoid for family viewing. The 1st half the of the show is excellent then it takes a turn for the worse for young viewers.

When purchasing a series of TV shows it is important to have all the years that it was in production. This year was the exact middle of this show's 7 year production, and therefore a necessity to own if I wanted the entire production.I like the continuity of this series stories, and their interaction within it's 7 year run.I would recommend this product to any serious MacGyver fan, or anyone that appreciates watching mysteries and how the "hero" reasons out the solution to different complex problems.

I have the entire series of MacGyver. I watch it over and over. I love this series and, of course, have favorite episodes. The one with the Amish family is one of the best. I am a great admirer of those with good steadfast beliefs and MacGyver fits right in. The new series of MacGyver???? Where did they find this character? He looks like he's 16...if that old. The 'real' MacGyver is the only one for me.

Would have given it five stars but I am really getting tired of seeing and hearing Jack Dalton! Just as other long running series, I also get tired of having the dead villains come back to life. It seems the writers run out of characters. MacGyver continues to be as creative as usual. It goes to show that the audience does not continually have to hear foul language to look forward to a weekly program. I worked second shift in a hospital when this program was on tv so now I am retired and streaming it every night just as I am other shows I could not watch in the 80's and 90's. Loving it!
