For me, the candles didn't drip at all and lasted about 4 hours. I didn't burn them all the way down so it's possible they could burn 5 hours.It is true that these are thinner and don't fit standard holders. You'll have to burn some wax on the bottom of the candle to sort of stick it to the holder. Hope that makes sense.I think these are great for emergency candles as well as special occasions and every day use. Just melt a bit of the candle into the holder and stick it in the wax to hold it in. Works like a charm for me. Good, clean burn. Good purchase.

To preface I have not used them yet. Thoughts are they are much smaller than the typical candles I buy. However, 80 of these for $30 is a good deal if they burn for 5 hours burn time. We will see. The diameter is .720 at the bottom. You will have to melt the bottom to have it hold in standard candle stick holders. See pictures to compare, My standard candles are 0.920 inches in diameter. Color looks normal.

Exactly what I was looking for.

This is my second box of Parnoo candles.They are thinner than other taper candles and don’t fit security to standard candle holders.However, a small dot of stickum, or any of the many ways to make a candle stand straight and secure, I’ve had excellent results.IF the candle is secure and vertical I’ve found they are dripless, burn 4 to 5 hours and are smokeless.I have burned candles everyday for years and these preform exactly as advertised IF you have them straight up which is easy to do which a number of techniques. As I said I use stickum from Amazon.I don’t think they would be suitable for outdoor use.I love them.

I got these candles to make a birthday candle cake for my sister in law who was very ill. It was her last birthday. I needed 75 and they filled the cake plate perfectly. Although I didn't light all 75, cause I knew it would probably set off the fire alarm, my sister in law loved it. She looked at me and said, I can't blow all of them out. I said, you can blow out 4 or 5 so that was what I lite. A couple of days later she said, I never saw a cake made from candles and it sure was beautiful. She passed 20 days after her birthday party. I so glad I found these candle. I now have them stored away to use for different events.
