How do you attach the grab and go rack to the actual supermarket stand?

The grab & go rack slides/snaps onto the tall side shelf's top contour...line it up at the top of the tall side shelf and push it on and slightly downward to secure. I put this together today, (6/19/18) so I am 100% sure, it's adorable...I came here looking to see a green clip that hangs the white board, mine is missing or was not included.

why is this so expensive when this item only $23 at kholes?

It had some really cute items in it and nowadays $23 is worth it to me so I dont have to go around to buy individually.
