Good escargot
Exactly what they say they are. High quality

Delicious best buy for your money.
Absolutely perfect. So, drop the Escargot them in a muffin tin (or similar, say 2 or 3 per round); Melt a some Butter and Lawry's Garlic spread (50/50), pour it over the Escargot and heat them in an Air Fryer at 400 for about 3 to 4 minutes. An Oven works but that's a lot of heat for a small appetizer. I also like to add finely diced Garlic. So YUM!!!

Pretty Good
I usually make my escargot with Burgandy snails but decided to try these Helix ones to see if there was a big difference. While, I could taste the difference, it wasn't a big difference. Burgandy seems a bit meatier and filling compared to the Helix but I would buy Helix again. The only complaint I really have is that I was supposed to get 24 snails but only got 23 in the can. Special note: For those making these for the first time, you need to rinse the snails before cooking in order to get out any sand that could still be in them. Also, these do NOT come with shells. You can buy those separately. I personally don't bother using shells but if that's your thing then know these don't come with them.

Excellent quality
If you rinse before using theses are excellent- large, plump and tender with no grit. Would definitely purchase again.

Just like a restaurant
These canned escargots coming straight from France had an excellent flavor and texture. If I hadn't known my wife prepared them in our kitchen I would have thought they were coming from a fine dining restaurant and very reasonably priced.

Great product, made them last night.
I like this product, the snails are large but not too large and fit nicely in snail shells that I have. I made a nice escargot garlic butter, put the snails in the shells and put them in the over for 5-10 min. Everybody loved them, they reminded me of snails I ate in France. I will buy them again

Very good escargots
Escargots we’re extremely fresh and tasted very good. We used herbs and black garlic to top them off and slow cooked till tender in snail shells.
