No it doesn't. The cat is quite cute though. You will have to provide your own cat.

I'm looking for something similar to use for my cat while moving across country, would this work?

Went from D.C. to Los Angeles with this and the matching travel litter box (changed daily). Worked out great and helped a lot with the hotel situation. Needed to hose it down really good near the end of the trip because it was starting to smell but to be expected all things considered. Cats didn’t mind the pen after the first day’s adjustment.
