LiveFresh Natural Oil Blotting Paper, Large 100 Pack

I normally use the clean and clear oil absorbing sheets. I read reviews of this product and thought I would try it since the sheets are larger. I prefer the blue clean and clear sheets as those are more absorbent than these. You're getting a bigger sheet, but it absorbs less oil, so where I would need 2 sheets of clean and clear to blot my face, I still have to use 2-3 sheets of the LiveFresh Natural and sometimes I feel like I have to blot again sooner, so I'm not really saving money by having more sheets. I never notice the oil on my fingers when I'm using the blue sheets, but with the LiveFresh Natural sheets, I can feel the oil on the back side of the sheet as I'm blotting. Thankfully, it doesn't make my hands oily.Pros: Larger sheets than your average brand, eco-friendly, you can see where the oil is absorbed, cheaper than some premium brandsCons: Less absorbent and not as strong as the clean and clear brand sheetsI think these are fine if you're used to using the traditional rice-paper sheets or if your skin isn't very oily. I have very oily skin and need to use these throughout the day.Overall, I'd give them 3.5 stars.

I love this blotting paper. For me, it absorbs the oil on my face almost instantly and takes the shine from my face whether I wear make-up or not. They blot away the oil with little pressure but that may have something to do with the fact that my skin loves producing oil so there's always excess on my face. I use these sheets between 3-5 times a day, typically before I apply make-up or my toner so I don't spread the oil around my face. The little box it comes in is very compact and easy to fit anywhere on your person; I keep them in my purse but it could easily fit in my pocket. These are a must-have for me. However, the papers are very thin and do have a tendency to rip, usually down the middle. They're still usable if they rip, but it is a little annoying. Also, these guys like to stick together and I often pull out more than one without meaning to The last thing I'd like to mention is if you don't have oily skin this product might not work as well. My mom tried these wipes and they did nothing for her despite her wearing make-up the whole day and exercising (her skin is on the dry-normal side).

I just bought Boscia blotting papers from Ulta that had a great rating, BUT prior to Boscia I had gotten these in 2014 and they lasted me for 7 years. Maybe I didn't resort to them all that much and that's why they lasted, but every time I did they were reliable. They are better then the oil absorbency papers I bought from Ulta. They don't smell like chemical perfume and make you actually feel and look less greasy.Instead of Boscia I should've bought these again. They are better then any beauty ultra oil paper in my opinion.

Unlike the ones from the store, which are more soft/plastic-y in feel, these feel like a thicker tissue paper. However, they work just as well as the store-bought ones I typically use, and are much larger. I cut mine in half and they are almost the same size as the store-boughts. And now instead of 100 sheets, I have 200 sheets. I occasionally need to use two of them when I am particularly oily, but I did the same with the others. For the price, I've just doubled the amount I normally got. These papers don't 'slide' across my face, as I could with the others. You do have to press firmly and move from place to place without sliding, or they rip. They are absorbent, though. The one downside I am still trying to figure out a way around is how to get them out of the box easily. Double sided tape might work, but I suspect the paper would rip. I'll likely buy them again.

So either I was born with crappy genes and cannot stop producing oils or everyone around me was in on this product and I was just late to the game. This product works wonders and now I don't leave the house without using one, two, three sheets. The only thing I would change would be the presentation. The packaging makes it hard to separate the individual sheets and if I take out too many sheets with my oily fingers, it's hard to put them back in.

I have very oily skin. And I mean OILY skin. Like the kind where if you lean up against a window your forehead leaves an ugly moist oily mark. When I take a phone call my phone's screen gets covered. My friends have just accepted my skin is shiny all the time. Not fun and very embarrassing.Back in early college my mom got me something similar to these, so I thought it was about time to find some. These work perfectly and save the day. I use them right before I leave work (around 5pm) and it works every time. The sheet gets completely used up (no surprise) but my skin feels free and I don't feel disgusting. I'm hoping this also helps clear up my skin a bit too! Thanks for a great product!

These work VERY well! Used to think blotting paper was for girls only, and would laugh at my girl when she used them. I started using them a few months ago, and what a HUGE difference. I've notice not only I look a whole better (your don't realize how oily your skin is until you use these) and I also notice I don't get any acne or spots anymore. Even if you try to wipe off excess oil with TP or a paper towel it still hardly does anything. Try it, use a paper towel, and use these right after. These papers will STILL pull up a lot of oil from your skin to give your skin a natural flat look. No more shiney face! I still feel less manly using these, but damn they work good so who cares. Better than a greese-face.

They do a decent job of getting the oil off my face. My reason for 4 stars though is that it seems to require at least 2 sheets to fully take all the oil off my face vs the clean and clear oil blotting sheets. There is also a slight smell to them but nothing too concerning. Overall a good product.

Read all the good reviews and perhaps some of these users haven’t tried a better product than this bcz this specifically isn’t anything to rave about. It’s nothing more than a very thin piece of notebook paper. It feels like how it would feel rubbing a newspaper on your face lmao. It doesn’t even pick up too much oil. A Kleenex would do a similar job.Pros:- a lot of sheets in one pack- low price- organic apparentlyCons:- you will have to use more than one sheet to do the same job as another better brand.- too thin- rough paper feel- inefficient

As others mentioned, they are pretty huge. You need to rip them in half for it to be a similar size to it's name brand competitors. But this also means you essentially get double the product so no real complaints.They work pretty well too, not much different in terms of ripping than the other available blotting papers.In terms of cost/sheet area it's probably the best bang for your buck.Rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because they are not compact at all.

While waiting for the product to arrive I was using napkins or tissues to blot my skin through the day. I found the napkins or tissues did just as good a job as the papers. Because they are so fine, it's hard to grab just one sheet. Two stars because they did arrive on time, and they do the trick. It is small so it fits in your purse easily. It's just not particularly better.

These blotting papers do a decent job for the price, but you will likely use more than one sheet if you have very oily skin like me. I usually have to use two sheets, one for the T-zone alone and one for the rest of the face. I noticed that they still do not absorb the oil entirely though, since there are still some residuals. Also, they will remove some makeup, as they did remove some of the BB cream that I use (albeit not much).On the other hand, they do not rip easily or stick together, and the packaging is very convenient for travel. There's no scent either, which is what I prefer. Overall, it is a good enough product, but there are definitely better alternatives.

Pros: nice large size, enough for entire face, reasonable price only if you get it on saleCons: is really hard to get out of the package, is quite flimsy (the slight pressure of pressing it against my face causes it to tear, which means the oil gets on my hands – yuck); has a slightly weird smell, and really doesn’t work any better than a tissue or paper towelI will be searching for another product to do the job
