Had to order another, because the first one was DOA
Summary: The cable I received with my brand new Grit-X Pro was dead on arrival (DOA). Ordered this replacement after efforts to get it replaced by Polar under warranty were not successful.I bought a new Polar Grit-X Pro and received it June 30, 2023. I set it up using my phone and didn't check the USB charging cable. So six days later when the watch was at 40%, I decided I should charge it. After connecting it, I left it alone for about 15 minutes and picked it up to move it, and noticed the charging port that magnetically connects to the watch was VERY hot, and the battery percentage went down to 29%. I immediately disconnected everything and let both cool down. I tried again with a computer and a power block, and neither would charge, and the USB would not connect or recognize the watch via the Polar Flow app on the computer.Polar Support was very unhelpful, and after three business days, I still have not received confirmation of a replacement cable being shipped.Pros: Polar name brand.Cons: Dead on arrival; poor customer support assistance.Conclusion: At $27, rating this 1-star (for the cons listed above).

Worked only a few times
Charger initially worked and I was able to charge a few times. Charger has now stopped functioning a few weeks after receiving it. When trying to charge my Polar Ignite watch yesterday, the screen first displayed some weird white lines across it and then the setting up mode came up as if I had to start all new setting up watch on the app I already have on my phone
