Miracle On 34th Street

This is a black & white movie, the first one made with this title. I love the plot. Natalie Wood is endearing as the daughter of Maureen O'Hara in this Christmas movie. Kris Kringle substitutes for a drunk Santa during the Macy's thanksgiving day parade! There is a bit of romance with a neighbor, some magic if Kris Kringle really is Santa & lots of drama! Sweet story and well done!

What can be said about a miracle on 34th Street that hasn't been said already well let me try. Everybody knows it's one of the best holiday movies ever created and that is true but it's also one of the best courtroom movies ever created. I usually look at this movie twice a year..on Thanksgiving day and on Christmas day it's very entertaining but I noticed it's also a very good courtroom drama movie. This man actually proved to the world that his client was Santa Claus people overlooked that sometimes when they watched this movie. not only one of the best holiday movies also one of the best courtroom drama movies. Merry Christmas everybody!

I received this today and I love it. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Yes, it's black and white but that's fine with me. I expected the original and that's what I got. Love this movie!

Don't get fooled by the cover. That little bw after the title means "Black and white version included only" which you will only see if you could look carefully on the back of the case, which even suggests it's in color since all of the images on the back are in color.

Love the fact I was able to buy just the black & white version for just $5.00; I also bought one for a friend because it's her favorite Christmas movie.

What can I say? Just buy this! Remember when the world was living and kinder and children DID believe in Santa. This movie makes me feel good..........and the actors are superb. Worth having in your Christmas collection of movies to watch with your children or grandchildren.

A great cast in a must-have for your Christmas collection. Much better than the re-makes.

Great movie love Christmas. We love it and if you love Christmas and imagination this is great for whole family. I love Christmas and parades I still love to be able to be dream and smile this puts smile on my face . We watch ever year and some days through out the years to distract from the negative in the world. Highly recommend great price

Next to It's A Wonderful Life, and A Christmas Carol, Miracle on 34th Street is the one to view on such an occasion A Christmas! A beautiful film with many wonderful and beautiful moments eg; Santa suddenly speaking in the young girl's language when nobody else can understand her, is a moment of sheer beauty.One of the greats!
