Ok stylus, relegated to backup use
The product is a good one in that it's rechargeable and easy to use right out of the box.Where it falls flat is the use of the stylus and the inability to change it. I'm a medical student that uses my surface pro and stylus to write directly on top of powerpoints in Outlook and this pen does not write small very well at all. In fact, it often blurs words together and skips around a lot so that it's not very useful for this, regardless of the amazing sensitivity it claims to have. If I want to overexaggerate how big I write, then this works well for that. The other main con I would have to point out is the size of the pen. Compared to the standard stylus that usually accompanies the Surface series, this stylus is massive and it doesn't quite feel as balanced. If you're only going to be using this pen for short periods of time, then no problem. But if you use the pen for hours on end, then it becomes a real pain in the butt as it's top heavy for sure and so falls back into your hand quite a bit creating an almost unnatural way of holding the pen to the inclined surface. Not like writing on paper at all.Tldr: Overall, it's not quite the trouble of sending of back and it's not thaaaat bad, but not great either. If you're doing a lot of writing, I would look for something else. I'm using it as a backup in case my batteries fail in my other pen.

Works fine, just not that great of a pen imo
First and foremost, the pen does work as advertised. It is rechargeable and very easy to use with just common sense. I did find that the power button replaced a selection button that is on my other cheap pen (cheap pen had an erase button and above it a button to draw around objects to select them) but it is not a deal-breaker for the ability to recharge the pen vs buying many batteries.Personally I do not care for the pen tip. I have just a normal cheapo pen that came with my device (as I bought my Surface Pro 3 refurbished) but there was very little play in the pen tip and I learned to like it. With the increased 'sensitivity' in pressure for this rechargeable pen, I have found that my writing is considerably worse in appearance and the pen tip requires a great deal more pressure to write with seamless continuity; to the point that I see the pixels in my screen being forced under pressure to have the 'negative appearance' with dark pixels forming from the pressure exerted on them.If I could get in and stop the spring/sensitivity mechanism I think I would really like this pen but it is not something I've figured out how to do yet.

Great people! Unfortunately doesn't work with Microsoft Surface Pro 3
Maybe it's just my device, but this pen doesn't work too well with Microsoft Surface Pro 3 even after some configurations. It jumps around and skips. What was great, however, were the people who I contacted. They were super helpful, prompt, and offered to send a replacement. It is just unfortunate that it did not work out in the end since I found the pen intuitive and comfortable. However, I would definitely recommend this pen to new devices as you're sure to be taken care of if anything goes wrong.

Nice pen but lacks the magnet attachment like the MS pen
In some ways, I like this pen better. First off, it can be charged by a older style USB cord. I also like the button placement better. It is easier to right click and erase with it. performance is nearly identical to the MS pen.On the down side, I find I need to charge more frequent where the MS pen battery lasts much longer. My biggest grip is the lack of a magnet to attach to the side of the surface. I do clip it to the keyboard which is much less convenient.

It works right out of the box without any set up at all..
A great stylist for the price, it works right out of the box without any set up at all on my Surface Go. I was worried that it’s effectiveness would be diminished through my tempered glass screen protector, but it works just as good through the screen protector. It may just be my imagination, it almost seems as though it works slightly better through the screen protector then it did on the naked screen, perhaps because I’m less worried about how I drag the pen across the screen with the protector on. So, easy set up, easy to use, and very accurate. Overall a great product.(my photo shows it next to the official Apple mouse for perspective and size comparison..)

A good product
It's very cheap as compared to the Microsoft surface pen. Lightweight with rechargeable battery inside pen is impressive. The installation went smoothly. Just hold the stylus on the touch screen and hold down the "right mouse button" for 3 seconds and it zaps works. Drawings also work great as the pen notices how much pressure is being exerted to create a thinner or thicker line. However, it's very good quality and therefore very smoothly

Awesome
I really enjoy this! Love that it is rechargeable and definitely lasts long. Only gave it 4 stars because of the way I hold a pen, sometimes the buttons get in my way.

Ugly looking but nice pen!
Good sensitivity. I hope they update the design. It doesn't look very stylish.. especially the plastic part makes this pen very cheap. But it's a good value for the price and does its job. Just purchased so can't say much about battery life but I like the idea that I don't have to keep puchasing small batteries for the pen.
