WHEN MY DAUGHTER TRIED TO CHARGE THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME THE PLUG EXPLODED AND SET ON FIRE. THESE ARE NOT THE TRUE PRODUCT AND ARE HIGHLY UNSAFE. THE 3 PIN PLUG WAS MOULDED FROM 2 DIFFERENT COLOURED PLASTICS. THE TOP WAS WHITE BUT THE FLAT PIN SIDE WAS GREY.FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND SAFETY I BOUGHT 4 OF THESE FROM 3 DIFFERENT SELLERS, FAIRYTALE MAN, BOPEL AND WANGHOUYUSHENG STORE. ALL LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING WHAT WAS INCLUDED OR MISING FROM THE BOX. ALL PACKAGING EXCEPT 1 WAS IDENTICAL. 3 WERE IN GLOSSSY SQUARE BOXES WHILE 1 WAS IN A GLOSSY RECTANGULAR BOX AND CONTAINED LESS THAN THE OTHERS. THAT ONE HAD NO BRUSH OR OIL OR BAG.I THINK IF IT DOES NOT CONTAIN EVERYTHING STATED AND ILLUSTRATED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND THE INSTRUCTIONS READ A BIT ODDLY WITH GRAMMATICAL ERRORS THE CHANCES ARE ITS A FAKE AND HENCE NOT TESTED IN THE WAY THE REAL PRODUCT WOULD HAVE BEEN.YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE EXTRA CAREFUL WITH RECHARGEABLE OR ELECTRIC POWERED ITEMS AS THE RISK OF A FIRE IS ALWAYS PRESENT.

This is now my favorite hair remover. It's so easy and comfortable to use, leaving my legs soft and smooth from top to bottom.There was no discomfort or irritation at all. Smoothly gliding around/over ankles, back of the knees, and blind curves.I have found using Flawless Legs is actually a relaxing experience.
