Great directions to follow, super light and Bright. Haven't tested them to see how long the batteries last but will update after the next outage. Plan to use them in horse stalls the easy top clip will attach to a screen that prevents the horse from touching them. Batteries were included which is a real plus. These are perfect for my needs and safe. These are so much brighter, better than the lanterns I bought on Amazon. Super fast shipping, bulbs were packed well. I highly recommend and will buy more.

These came up as a suggested item and I thought "How cute, hopefully they'll work?" as they were quite inexpensive. I ordered them almost three years ago and had them setting on a shelf out of the way. Then the so-called rolling blackouts started but we got stuck in some 15 to 20 hours outages when some equipment failed. Trying to get some light in the house so we wouldn't run into furniture etc... I remembered these and got them out. They're not REAL bright but they light up a room enough to make it cozy and where you can see well enough to get around. Didn't get noticeably dim until about 3 hours. After the power returned my wife has ordered us 12 more.

I got this to attach to my dog's leash for nighttime walks. There are no sidewalks in my area, poor street lighting and occasional inconsiderate drivers. I walk against traffic flow so I can see when and how a car is approaching. I would like to use the stroke but it is epilepsy producing fast, so I just use the low light setting. It's about 50% too big for this use on a leash, but the alternatives are too tiny. Love that it uses AAA standard batteries and is NOT rechargeable.

I got these lights for camping, specifically in our tent and was amazed at them upon arrival. I thought I was ordering two not three but I am so grateful and they even came with the batteries! They are bright and work well on all three light levels, bright, dimmer and strobe. I will be ordering more of these to light up dark closets in our home. Very pleased and the price was right!!

I bought these because I don't have enough light in my RV. They seemed in expensive and portable so I thought they would work. They are cute and they are inexpensive. They're also portable. However, they don't provide a whole lot of light. Certainly not enough for you to read by. Flashlights are better. Far better. They are at best a night light. I did use the batteries that were provided so the shortness of the life of this light bulb is still to be determined because those batteries might not have had enough wattage to provide. I will change the review if the new batteries I replaced make it brighter and gives it more longevity. I will say this for it, they're cute as heck and a kid would love them for a little camp out or whatever if you do buy them for that purpose I would go ahead and get the batteries ahead of time which I believe that their triple A's.

Much handier than just using a headlamp or hand light when in your tent. The shape does a good job of lighting up the whole tent. I've used other gas or battery powered lights on backpacking trips and this one was so much lighter and more functional. After 3 hrs use each day replaced batteries on day 6 it started to dim a bit but still functional till day 8 so didnt replace batteries. Only needed 1 light for a giant 15x12 tent so I gave the others away to friends.

Our power goes out more frequently than it should, so these lights are a life saver. They are very lightweight but still bright enough to provide enough light for each member of my family in a dark room. (We each keep one in our nightstand and in the emergency pack.) The hook on top enables you to hang it up for broad light distribution, or you can hook it onto your pants as you maneuver through your darkened house. The flash setting would be great for emergencies, too. I’m going to buy some for our cars just to have on hand. It’s a simple little light, but the weight, brightness and design make it extra useful.

LOVE!!! In our top 5 BEST CAMPING accessories. Would be great for clothes closets , cupboards , anyplace you need a little light , these can attach anywhere!! Long battery life . We hang a set in our tent and above the camp kitchen . We attach them to bigger beaners with 550 cord and can slide back and forth the line for where you need more light . We have left them outside in the rain , etc for many camping trips and the original set we bought ( have purchased several to add on ) still looks new - works great !!

Way smaller than i expected them to be.
