Cute and useful cups
Other than a slight plastic smell, these are great. Kiddo loves drinking from them. They leak if you toss them around too much, but otherwise they're really handy for travel too.

Leaks everywhere - onto the next sippy :(
The only thing good about these cups are the weighted straw = 1 star. Lost 1 star because it leaks when my 12m old carries it around and turns it upside down (he was showering himself with it tonight when left with it for 2 seconds). Lost the other 3 stars because it leaks even when you have the lid closed! We brought these to daycare and they spilled everywhere. The lids were screwed on tight and the tops were closed. No idea why these are so popular & why they cost so much. I'm going to see about returning. probably one of the worst investments we've made. My son can drink out of them just fine (he can drink out of any straw sippy fine). But nothing else about them is worth the purchase.

overpriced.. they are okay.
Pros: The weighted straw works as intended most of the time.Cons: Cups tend to leak on their side, or when knocked over. (even when on tight)straws get tainted with color from food VERY easily.Over priced! They should be charging 1/2 of what they do...

Awesome!!
We first bought these type of cups when our toddler was a little sprout and they are just wonderful. Easy to hold and you don't have to worry about the straw not getting all the liquid so tantrums because they can't get all the water!!!! Loved that the kid closed and they are just so darn cute now at 3 we still use them for night time drinks knowing that no matter how she picks it up during the night she is still able to get a drink.

Works great for my one year old!
My one year old can hold the cup and sip his milk himself. We have several different types of sippy cups and this is the only one that he is able to get the milk out himself. I'm sure when he gets a little older we can use a larger variety of cups but trying to transition off of bottles to a cup when he can't get anything out would be very difficult.Note that if he flings the cup around milk does come out (not in huge quantities) so he will no be carrying it around the house. Also when we close the cap is will sometimes create a vacuum and the milk will make its way out of the cup in the fridge. We just leave the sliding lid open when we store it in the fridge.

If you think this is the answer to your sippy cup/ straw cup problems, think again....
We hate these. We used the Munchkin weighted straw cups for months, but finally got sick of the leaking so I thought I would try these instead. I am going back to Munchkin until I can find something else.If your 15 month old tips it upside down the milk flows out from the straw. If the cups is on it's side and it's pretty full and the straw is at the "perfect" angle, the milk flows from the side. If it tips upside down in a cooler or diaper bag with the lid on, the milk spews out. It's also annoying to refill with milk if the handle is on. The handle comes up so high that it makes it hard to screw the lid back on.Also, the straw isn't weighted enough or flexible enough for me to really consider it a weighted straw. My kids sometimes like to drink while laying around on the floor, the straw isn't flexible enough to follow the kids movements and allow milk to flow into the straw and up the cup while a kid is laying down. Same thing goes for if the cup is angled and there isn't much milk left. It's pretty much a lost cause because the straw isn't long enough or weighted enough to move to where the last of the milk is.I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to leave this one because I was REALLY REALLY hoping this would solve our leaking issues. Or at least cut them in half, but it pretty much made them worse.
