Sportsstuff Descender Kids Inflatable Snow Tube/Sled with Ultra Durable Nylon Cover , Black

This sled is wonderful! It goes really fast compared to all other sleds and tubes I've tried and is a very comfortable, cushioned ride. Our main sledding hill is VERY bumpy and I'm not bothered at all by even the huge bumps when riding on this sled (I'm in my 40's). My kids love it too and even love riding on it with 2 people. This is our second season using it and it's held up perfectly (unlike our many previous tubes). Sometimes we even leave it aired up in between sledding days, which can sometimes be weeks apart, and it doesn't lose any air. I highly recommend it because even though it's pricey, it's worth it because it will last! Last time I went sledding, I had several people ask me where I got it because they saw how well it performed.

We have bought three of these Descenders over the years. They are great fun when they work, but the durability, specifically of the main white inner piece, is terrible. They always develop holes in the same places, at the corners, rendering them useless, other than as mats to sit and slide down the hill on. As they do not provide or sell the replacement inner tubes for the main section, we were forced to buy a complete unit several times over. Really wanted to love these, and the kids had fun on the limited times they worked when new. But both the customer service in not providing replacement inners and the poor internal inflatable unit build quality (the outside is well constructed and designed) means you should absolutely avoid them. Here is a photo of three sad, useless, deflated descenders in our garage. Fool me once, and all that.

Purchased this after I discovered my previous tubes had holes chewed in them while in storage. Unfortunately, the snow was gone before the product arrived. I inflated the chambers to test for leaks, while we waited for more snow. Like other have mentioned, the holes for the chambers don't line up exactly with the holes in the cover. Was only a slight inconvenience when airing up and down. Will have to check the durability when it snows again, but it looks like it should hold up well.

This sled is worth every penny. It’s super fast, durable, easy to inflate, tracks straight, has the built-in safety advantages of an inflatable, and is simply freaking awesome. It was the envy of our local sledding hill this winter and held up to literally hundreds of rides a day, as everyone wanted to use it. You will not regret purchasing this sled. It is phenomenal.

I have had 2 of these sleds for 3 years. They are great for sledding but constantly develop holes along the creases in the tube. Even after just a few uses. Be prepared for a lot of patches. I was looking to see if they sell just a replacement of the inner tube.

This tube is amazing. We have had many others but this one is fast smooth and steerable. This makes the snow even funner then it already was. It is expensive but it will last a very long time.

We were very excited about this sled. It was awesome for 1 or two trips down, then it deflated. Upon investigating, it had split open right along the seam where the extra rubber folds over. Of course, I can't patch a seam.I returned it, selecting "defective." The company, National Sports, charged me a 50% "restocking" fee- for an item that cannot be restocked. When I asked about it, they replied that I returned a product that was trash - so I owed the fee. Makes no sense at all. I know it's trash! That's why I returned it!

I bought this sled for my son’s 8th birthday before we went to our family winter vacation. We all had fun with it. This sled was tested many times over sliding down hill and proved to be very comfortable and quality built.I would strongly recommend this sled.

Amazing inflatable sleds. Protective bottom saves your back on bumps . So much fun!
