We wanted to get a senior gift for our music professor and thought this would be perfect! It is working exactly as described, the company gave very clear instructions on how to use it, and it is worth every dollar! Cannot wait to give this to him. We put our recording of us singing his piece, and he can always have it on his desk (and will definitely cry when he gets it).

USB did not fit into the box so it could not be used.i had to return the box.

It was easy to download songs from Amazon and install them in this music box. I programed 15 of Sweetie's favorite love songs into the box and she keeps it on the dining table to listen to while she is eating. Fantastic gift idea!

She still loves it. It worked just right. I added my grandkids messages to grandma for Mother's day.I would recommend one with a on off switch.It would be even better if it would keep its place when it is closed. Currently it starts again at the beginning of the playlist each time it is opened.

I have searched a long time for a music box for my wife, that would play the song we played at our wedding ceremony, almost 35 years ago. I had Googled, searched Amazon and various web sites to no avail. A couple weeks before Christmas an Amazon suggestion popped up with a suggestion based on my searched. I was elated, made the purchase, my son down loaded Alabama,s "There's No Way". Christmas Morning when she opened the little Music Box and it played Our Song, she couldn't hold back the tears.Best gift I ever gave her, great sound, well made and she loves it. Thanks to the company and Amazon, We both still Love Alabama's music.

Nicely made but I thought I could record my granddaughters voice on it. Haven't tried out the sound as it is a gift to my daughter for Xmas.

I tried for three days to get the box to work without any joy, so I called the 800 number and was helped to load the music box version of the song I was wanting. It will be the most perfect gift for my fiance this Christmas. Thanks Denny.

Considering the product is $100, I expect far better craftmenship. First, I expect it to actually be made out of wood, not just have a wood appearance over plastic. Second, there was residual plastic shavings where holes were drilled. When opening and closing the box, you could see the cardboard backing for the fabric through the seam of the box. The instructions on how to upload music are short. Although I could follow them, someone who is not tech savy would have trouble. Also, for $100 I would expect some kind of app or assistance when uploading music (as opposed to being told to just place music in the appropriate folder in windows explorer). I feel that there should also be a way to adjust volume through the nonexistent app.
