Hoping to see results!
It tastes good. Hard to tell if any this happening, yet, but honestly, I’ve only been drinking a cup a day. Will try to increase to 3 cups a day. I’ve also used it to rinse my mouth out.

It’s a small package for that price. Also not the most flavorful but I’m taking it for medical reasons so oh well. Maybe add double the serving to get more flavor.
