’ve been using the Super Facialist Face Cleansing Oil for a few years now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. It melts away makeup effortlessly (even stubborn waterproof mascara) without any harsh rubbing or irritation. What I love most is how gentle it feels on the skin. It doesn’t leave that greasy residue some cleansing oils do; instead, it rinses off beautifully and leaves my face feeling soft, clean, hydrated and glowing. My skin can be quite sensitive, but I’ve had no breakouts or reactions at all. The scent is light and pleasant, not overpowering, and a little product goes a long way, so the bottle lasts ages. It’s quickly become a staple in my skincare routine, especially as a first cleanse in the evening. Overall, a fantastic product that delivers great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an effective yet gentle cleansing oil.

I’ve been using this cleanser for over two weeks now to remove makeup or to simply wash my face, once or twice a day. I’m in love with the results. I’ve used a number of different makeup removers in the past including makeup wipes (a long time ago, will never go back), miscellar water on a cotton pad (good but not a deep enough cleanse, cotton pads are wasteful) & more recently some oil cleansers. The oil cleanser I just finished before this one did the job but didn’t wow me, so I decided to try this one due to the reviews, and the fact it was actually cheaper than the one I just used. I highly recommend this one, it smells lovely, it’s packed full of different natural oils, it seems to wash away any dirt and makeup in one splash, and I always notice my skin looks brighter after washing. I can tell it really works because I usually would double cleanse with a cotton pad, but there was never any dirt leftover so I stopped double cleansing altogether. It’s extremely refreshing. I even think it helps to fade acne scars slightly. The only downside though, is that after it dries it can leave your skin feeling tight and dehydrated, my guess is due to some alcohol in the formula. This is annoying as we know that’s not good for our skin, but the content is small and the benefits outweigh this issue. I heard some small amounts of alcohol is harmless and can serve a good purpose, so I don’t know. I’m not a professional but the ingredients I THINK are alcohol are near the bottom of the list, sunflower oil being the highest. I tend to put some moisturiser on just after using and all is fine. My skin is normal to dry though, so if you’re super oily this will probably control your oil well. I probably wouldn’t recommend for anyone with very dry skin though. It would be too much work to constantly rehydrate. I’ll definitely be repurchasing when I’m finished !

A friend introduced me to this face oil a year ago. Have loved using it since. No skin irritation, easy and quick to use. Takes all make up off with ease. Smells lovely. I will keep buying for sure.

I’ve tried a lot of cleansers and this one is up with the best. Definitely not fragrance free 😅 I did find the fragrance quite overpowering to begin with as most of my cleansers are fragrance free but once you get used to it, the smell is quite nice and refreshing. Good sized bottle, I use mine fairly regularly and get at least 3 months out of one bottle. The cleanser works well for my combination, acne-prone skin and leaves it feeling fresh and moisturised without that filmy feeling layer you get with some oil-based cleansers.

For what it is it's 5 stars. Pros: The smell is so lovely, it's very good at the job, quick and easy to use and lasts ages. I'm on probably my fifth bottle and am repurchasing again because the product is better than other high end brands I've used. There's no oily or silicone texture after use like some of the cheaper cleansing balms or the dry feeling you get from foaming soap cleansers. My face just feels clean and soft. I pour a few mls onto a silicone brush pad, massage it over my face then rub a few drops of water over to emulsify it, then wipe it off with a cloth. This takes less than a minute even if I double cleanse for heavier makeup. It works for mascara but I wear waterproof mascara so I use a separate biphase remover for that. Cons: It's runny because and the packaging is cheap - which seems obvious for a cleansing oil that's £8 but some people expect the earth. With repeated use the bottle cap becomes flimsy and can break and I would never put it in a suitcase for fear of it leaking. I've solved this problem for myself by transfering the product into a pump bottle (from a Shiseido face oil I had but didn't repurchase), this makes it easier to dispense and safe to travel with. So my advice is: buy it, try it and if you like it put it in a different container.

This feels lovely when applying but once it's washed off and dried, my skin feels dry and tight. This might be due to the fact that my skin is extremely dry and sensitive at the minute due to tretinoin use, so please bear that in mind, that my situation maybe different to yours. I did buy it thinking it may help with my tretinoin irritation, but unfortunately it hasn't helped much. It has a very strong citrus smell which I don't mind but some might. I will still continue to use it until it's finished as I do normally moisturise straight after, so the the dry and tightness is only temporary. I have found though that it does remove makeup very well with little effort . I use black mascara and black eyeliner daily and when I've washed with this, there's not even a smudge in sight.

I’ve been looking for a makeup remover I could use in the shower and came across this. I’ve used it around four times so far and I love it. You apply it onto a dry face in circular motions, then add warm water to turn it into milk. It removes makeup with ease, even black waterproof mascara. Absolutely no panda eyes in sight! I have very sensitive skin and eyes, this doesn’t irritate either - no stinging sensation when removing eye makeup or washing off. It has a nice smell too it, a bit like oranges. The packaging is nice and it looks quite expensive. I actually think it would make a nice gift. Overall though, definitely worth the purchase. I’m so pleased with it! 👏🏻

I have been using this cleanser for YEARS, I’ve tried others but always come back to this one. It lasts for ages, melts makeup away with no effort, I’ve never had trouble removing the makeup because this works like magic. It also smells amazing, fresh clean citrus scent, makes my skin feel soft and moisturised, and a little goes a long way.

This cleansing oil works perfectly to remove my makeup and leaves my face feeling soft. The price is good and packaging was excellent.

Pretty decent cleansing oil. It does have fragrance which I dont mind typically. But this one is a little strong. Its a pleasant citrus scent. But I feel like it needs to be toned down a bit. I dont feel like it rinses off as well as other cleansing oils I've used. But I always do a double cleanse anyway. It doesn't leave a milky white residue which is nice. I recommend but nit for someone who is adverse to scent.
