Useful, neat features...
This is so easy to use. Via the pc software configure the logging rate and how/when to start etc. Place in the fridge or room. Wait. Plug bank into a pc and download the PDF report, or connect to the pc app and get the raw data. So easy to use, low powered, battery lasts ages. Simply useful.

Does NOT work on Mac. Unuseable.
So following on from the assurances of another user that this can be made to work with a Mac if you are marginally technical (being an aerospace engineer and developing embedded systems I assumed I would pass this test), I downloaded and tested the software which does run on my Mac (Mojave) however the situation with the drivers is an unmitigated nightmare. The drivers included in the installation package absolutely don't work and triggered a system security warning. Having googled around (the Elitech website is absolutely bereft of useful information) for further installation guides or third party drivers I found a few blog posts that mention various possible approaches however after an hour or so I have lost patience and the item is being returned. The logger itself may be fantastic, it turned on and appeared to be reading the correct temperature however I would steer well clear as a Mac user, the support is non existent.

Good, but could be better
Easy to set up , use, interrogate and understandPity you can’t start and stop it manually for several sessions. Ie daily between certain time periods. If you run it continuously for a week, it only records the high and low for the whole week. To get daily info you Need to download data after each daily session. Then reset to start again.

Great features and value for money
Bought this to monitor the temperature in a lab. Downloaded the software from their website and used it to setup the unit. There are lot of options when setting it up, you can setup a timeframe of when you want to record or set the intervals between readings. I set it to a reading every 30s and it can record for over a week. The only issue is the sensor is internal so I'm not sure how much of a delay there is for the temperature reading to change when the external temperature changes.

Does what is says.
Easy to use hardware and I can't fault the PC software that can be downloaded. Looked for a phone app but cant find one. Exports the data to Excel via a CVS file. Brilliant device and great value for money.

Instructions absolutely useless! Cannot locate the required PC setup software on elitechus.com site!
Just got this and no idea how to change the time/date/settings. The little piece of paper does not explain anything about how to do these. It just says connect to computer. But when you plug it into PC, it just appears as an empty drive with nothing in it. So I look on here, and it says to download some software from elitechus.com - and I have been trying to find ANY download links to some software on this site and I can't find anything. Ridiculous!
