Worth every penny! It made all the difference when I made pasticiotti. The first batch I made without this since the recipe listed it as "optional" and it was obvious they were missing something. When this arrived, the smell through the packaging was outstanding! I knew this is what they were missing. I made the next batch for my Dad for Father's day and he was amazed.

This stuff is the BOMB! I used it this Christmas in my traditional pound cake recipe and my daughter said she would never want me to make any other dessert her whole life. I am telling you, it is magic!

This was a delightful addition to a cream-cheese based filling. I still need to experiment with it before I can completely rave about it, but so far, so good!

This isn't what I expected. I can't find any detailed reviews anywhere to compare my experience to others'. My first experience with fiori di sicilia (a different brand) was different from this stuff. The first product of its kind I sampled was more floral, more balanced, more exotic. This stuff tastes like a creamsicle - orange-y citrus and vanilla. One might also be tempted to compare the flavor to Froot Loops cereal. It isn't at all subtle. In fact, I bet that this is nothing more than citrus oil and vanilla mixed together. It's a quality product, and if you're looking for intense citrus flavor for pastry or candy making - or perhaps you're making your own Froot Loops - this is a decent product. But it's not a standout and isn't really different than any other citrus oil flavoring you could buy.
