Lined Paper A4 Refill Pad, 100 Page, Legal Pad, Yellow, Pack of 5, 400115984

This is nicely surfaced highly quality paper, nice and thick without being overly thick or spongey. I write with a wet in fountain pen and the paper takes the ink very well - smooth writing but grippy enough for a little feedback, and the ink does not spread or feather. Excellent pads, much better than cheaper ones. Lines are well spaced, nice wide margin for notes. My go-to for note taking and brainstorming. I’ve attached a couple of photos to show performance of ink on the paper - this was written with a fine nibbed Lamy 2000.

Recently picked up a pack of these to use with fountain pens, can confirm the quality is still good as of this date, so far, so good, no bleed, no feathering almost no ghosting with the exception of a couple of more enormously broad calligraphy nibs. Testes with Wordsworth & Black Erudite and Crest models with nibs from Extra Fine all the way up to broad 3.0, not very practical beyond the 2.0 range but that's way larger than likely to be used on this type of pad anyway. Also used with several different Jinhao models with nibs of .38 & .5, inks used have been various Diamine regular colours such as Dragon Red, Chocolate Brown, Green & Black and Monboddos Hat, also the go too I have a large amount of is Mysterious Black from Wordsworth & Black.

Love the class and quality of these Cambridge Lined Paper. Feels sumptuously thick, very easy to write on, to tear off - even in the middle of the pads. I used to have these in my student days so I feel slightly sentimental about this type of paper, I guess.

At £10.99 for the lot, these are 100 pages per pad; 5 pack; the paper is very good quality; the yellow colour is standard and easy on the eye; the 30 odd lines per sheet are excellently spaced for both list making and notes taking; the sheets are more than thick enough (70gsm) to write on both sides if required (unless you tend to imprint unusually heavily when writing); even writing with ink the paper doesn’t ‘spread’ the ink; the pages are lightly perforated at the top binding for tearing, yet, I just tore a page in order to report here and it tore fine; the pad is 1/8” or 0.5cm thick. I am very pleased with it. However you can buy a 10 pack, 60gsm, 160 pages from Staples for £15.01.

I didn't know I could love pads of paper as much as I love fancy pens, but it's happened. These are a joy to use.I've recently taken to writing more things down on paper as the overuse of digital resources during the covid lockdown is driving me insane. At least this way I can write notes while I read and not have to keep switching windows. These are pretty much single handedly keeping me sane.What I still can't get over is the reliability of the perforation. Now I've come to accept that no matter your tearing technique, whether you pull it like a tablecloth trick or like you're performing brain surgery, you'll always rip some important bit of paper or leave some of those little flappy bits which make me want to burn the whole thing in a burst of rage. But these....I have genuinely gone through a whole pad without a single flappy bit or torn piece of work. A WHOLE FREAKING PAD.Oh the joy is intoxicating. I've even started to play a game with my colleagues of who can do the most elaborate tear. The whole canteen looked at me with shock and awe last time I performed a tear standing on a table. I can only assume must have all gone and bought some of these afterwards the way they were looking at me.

I love this paper bought lots as a lecturer that likes to write by hand! HOWEVER, the recent 2 batches smell like vomit - no idea why - is it the cardboard and recycling effects, the glue or where it has been stored - but it is so strong I have had to tear the cardboard off and throw away - or my bag etc smells really unpleasant! Not what you want to be bothered by when making notes!!!

Very good quality paper. Was not expecting that. So no I have to be mindful to use less of it.

Great quality writing pads, perfect for use when taking notes, revising or working from home. The paper has a lovely feel to it.Compared to some of the other alternatives currently for sale on Amazon, this purchase easily offers great value for money.Overall, I could not have been happier with this purchase.Definitely 5 stars from me :-)

Buenísima calidad de papel ya que no cala cuando escribes con r obturadores. Tamaño din A4 de la hoja una vez cortada, las utilizo para hacer apuntes. El color amarillo le aporta calidez y descanso a la vista.loA única pega que le pongo es que podrían ser un poco más baratas.

Papel de buena calidad, con un suave tono amarillo en el que el bolígrafo se desliza de escándalo. Los utilizaba para realizar el seguimiento de precios y los generosos márgenes ayudan bastante para ello.El cosido del bloc es resistente y las hojas no se rompen por accidente ni acaba desmontándose según se va utilizando. Las hojas tienen en la cima micro perforación para arrancarlas si es necesario.Aunque el precio es algo elevado, son cinco unidades y la calidad lo justifica totalmente. Repetiré en cuanto termine los que me quedan.
