Every Upset
I ordered these balloons because they were so cute. My daughter's birthday was this past saturday and I had my own tank of helium for the balloons but once we blew them up they did not float. I had to tape the balloons to the walls!!!! I am so upset. I am not sure what happened but this is ridiculous

Terrible
Terrible! The balloons kept bursting... I couldn’t even use it... my daughters birthday was the next day, i had to run to a dollar store to get more balloons... very upset

Not a good buy.
The balloons wouldn’t blow up for the LOL letters. The smaller balloons filled up but after a few minutes were on the ground due to leaking. The pompom banner you have to make from strips of paper which was a pain and they were all stuck together. This is not worth the frustration.

The letters popped the guy at party city made sure not to put to much air in the balloons and when I got home they busted

Bad product
Decorations were not like the picture. The balloons were cheaply made and pop as soon as I attempted to blow them up. It is a waste of money. I was not able to use due to balloons immediately popping

Quality of merchandise.
I received my product quick and I really liked all the colorful decorations enclosed. I also loved the Lol dress. My granddaughter loved it!!!!! Nice material.

Definitely going to need a helium tank for all the balloons
