I've used these vacuums for 18 years now and they have always been top notch. I deal with industrial buildings in the middle of thousands of acres of fields surrounding them, so mouse crap and flies are always an issue working in them once a month.These vacuums are the only ones we use, and we have dozens of them for the entire crew. I decided to get one for myself personally at home and was pleasantly surprised to find I received the first of the new design, which is a fantastic upgrade. I use it for cleaning cooled ash from my wood burning stove, drywall dust when I remodel a room, and to vacuum my vehicles.The power cord is now removable, and the top of the hepa housing has a place to store the cord if you want. I still wrap mine though out of habit. The only thing it didn't come with was the bag lock, which cost me another 11 dollars for three of them, so now I have two extra.Incredible power, rolls easy, and it's quieter than a standard brand upright. Just note that this is NOT A WET VAC!!! I've seen one ruined by an employee that didn't understand that.And there is one listing here that says these are bagless. That's NOT THE CASE! You have to have a bag in it or you ruin the hepa filter, which is pricey to replace. You'll get about 50 full bags before you even need to consider replacing the hepa filter, which means about 200-300 lbs. of debris over that time.This is the best vac for mold, asbestos, wood stove ash (once its cooled), drywall dust, mouse crap, and dead mice. It is not suitable as a shop vac as nails, screws, and shards of glass will puncture the bag inside and then ruin the hepa filter, like it does running it bagless.Again, this is by far the best industrial vac you can buy.

Well made, quiet vacuum excellent suction , gets up dust and particles in one pass.The hose could be a littler longer, but the real annoyance are those back wheels. They should have put casters on the back so the unit would move with no resistance. Those back wheels have got to go!

I bought this vacuum in February of 2025, I used it about 3 hours or so. The power cord plug came off sometimes when I unplugged the cord from the vacuum lead to live wire disposed and can get electrocuted if I'm not carefully reinstalled it back it, then it came out again when I unplugged again. I'm half way on the second bag after the original bag was full, The motor is dead in December! Nice!!! I only used it occasionally, not everyday used either.Contacted the manufacture for the warranty claim and they make me fill out this paperwork and that paper work, waiting for approval and I must pay the shipping cost and wait for a month for them to check it out. Not sure they event return it in a month or make up any reasons to make me pay for hundreds of $ in order for them to return it to me after fix it. Not sure how I feel about it at this point..Bottom line I would recommend it to my enemy or someone I hate so they can go through the same what I've been through though.

Larger than I expected, and well-made. The vacuum includes a head suitable for bare floors, but no power head. I couldn't find a power head for sale on Amazon, or anywhere else online. So, in hopes that a clean product could be resold, I didn't try the vacuum. After I returned it, I received an email from the distributor saying that they could get me a power head.

I love this vacuum! I wish it came with a way to store the cord, and it is a hassle bringing it up and down stairs but it works so well it’s worth it. The suction stopped working once and I realized it was just a simple clog fix. Hasn’t happened since. The tank holds a lot of debris. I just use it for the house and it gets pet hair up amazingly. I hardly ever sweep anymore.

I have used the same vacuum in recent purchase through Amazon and it is one of the best vacuums I have used at my job site. Very good dust control, easy to service and replace vacuum bags and filters.

Best vacuum!!! Suction power is incredible. Able to easily clean ceiling fans and air vents. Maneuvers with wheels for mobility around areas.

I have used the vacuum about 6 times and the hose broke away already. It is a hard type of plastic, not as flexible as it should be. You must be very careful with it. It is pretty heavy and it is not easy to maneuver in rooms with furniture. I will continue to use it because I know it is a very good hepa option. That is important to us. We will hopefully get used to it. It is not great for carpet unless it is very flat as well, not even that good for area rugs unfortunately.
