I'm in a wheelchair and I've had trouble losing weight for years until a friend of mine recommended the keto, her family did it and they both lost weight diets have always been a problem for me because generally it's recommended to do a lot of exercise by the keto diet exercise is helpful, but you can still lose weight, apparently because I lost 50 pounds and like two months. However, recently I had to have some dental work done and they shakes the meal shakes are allowing me to stick to the diet for the most part I pick this particular brand because it had the most reviews that said the taste was, not chalky, and the reviews are correct. Taste is not chalky. However, I have discovered that while the taste is not chalky. Personally make mine with milk as I've always been a fan of creamier drinks for me that the no one didn't taste bad or chalky. However, I don't think it has enough of the vanilla flavor. It's more like its flavor-less at least to me. Somebody else may not have that problem. However, I couldn't really taste a vanilla flavor so even though it's not strictly keto I added a handful strawberries to it in the blender and that was excellent. It was like a strawberry milkshake. I also ordered the chocolate flavor as well. I think it is excellent. I personally even though it may not be strict keto. I also ordered the sugar-free peanut butter powder from better body foods and I had a few skip to that the chocolate and it's like drinking a liquid receipt Without the sugar or too many calories. I think the keto meal shake is excellent

I had to come on here and tell ya that this shake is delish! 🥤 I mixed 1 cup coffe ( !!!not hot!!! About room temp) about 2oz of water, 1-2 tablespoon of heavy cream, 2 tablespoon of monkfruit, 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds, and 2 scoops of this keto shake, and about half cup of crushed ice. Maybe a cup. Whatever floats your boat. * chefs kiss * I'm currently sipping on it 😘👌

I'm only on my second shake with this. The first I tried just with water and vigorously mixed with an iced tea spoon . It didn't mix very well despite my diligence. The taste was faint but not at all objectionable. Wasn't anything earth shattering either drinking through powdery bubbles. Since going on keto, my body is going through some changes and tummy issues have been present prior to trying this shake. I didn't notice any drastic change in gastrointestinal issues. I just chalk it up to there isn't any transition one makes without glitches. This morning I thought I'd try an experiment and mix it with a 50/50 ratio of water and plain Kiefer to about 10oz of liquid to two scoops of shake powder. I used my little rechargeable handheld frother with the whisk attachment instead of the coily attachment which I knew would be a pain to clean the powder off of. It took about two minutes to mix thoroughly and let me tell you, it was dee-licious! The consistency was a bit thicker and more satisfying than with just plain water, and creamy, and if you like the tang of yogurt, you will really enjoy this hack.

Love this shake! I drink it every morning. It provides me with the nutrition and energy I need.

It’s got something like pure stevia bitterness blowing out my taste buds. Doesn’t mix with anything very well.

The flavor of both the vanilla and chocolate are so yummy!! I drink the chocolate by itself and the vanilla I mix with 2 oz of frozen berries. Both I make in my ninja smoothie blender (⬅️ Awesome product) and I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a few ice cubes and I feel like I’m drinking the most delicious frappe 😋 I started the keto diet a couple weeks ago and I work this shake in for my lunch every day. It keeps me feeling full til dinner and I don’t have any cravings between lunch and dinner. It also gives me a little boost to get through the rest of the day. With the help of this shake and sticking to a healthy keto diet, I have lost 10.8 lbs in 2 weeks!! If you are researching keto shakes…you can stop right here! This is the best by far. I’ve tried MANY others in the past and they always have a funny taste and I’m choking it down just to get it in me. Not this one! And this one has the best ingredients compared to all that I researched. I now have this one on auto ship, I get 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate every 3 weeks. There are 14 servings in each can and I drink one a day so that is perfect for me. It’s about $2.00 per lunch and I feel fuller and healthier having this than a lunch full of carbs.
