Bought this product earlier and was very much satisfied and happy but this time when I ordered I was surprised to see that there were lot of plastic and itsy bitsy particle some small thermocol pieces other than chia Seeds. Seems like this brand has started to degrade there product.

Good Quality Chia Seeds
I mix one table spoon of this & Flax seed powder in a glass of water & keep it overnight to soak. Drink on empty stomach. Helps me in keeping my tummy full. Less calorie intake & results in weightloss. Remember, just by having this you wont lose weight. Keep moving mate. Walk a minimum of 8000-10000 steps a day. Consistency is the key. Dont expect overnight results. Trust the process & keep grinding.
