Recommended to me by TruXedo, and I understand why! This stuff works great! 20oz bottle should last me years, appearance is nice and shiny, and the water just beads of the cover as I had hoped. It states it has UV protectant in it, so hopefully it will protect the cover for a long time. Very pleased with this purchase!

Ok. You would only buy this if you bought a Truxedo cover. I know that the Truxedo covers last because my brother still has my truck with a 20 year old cover on it I sold to him 10 years ago. Granted, the truck has always been stored indoors and it is used like a truck and is not a daily driver. But when I bought another truck this year, I put a Truxedo cover on it and bought the protectant to keep it looking good. So far, so good at 4 months but I expect the cover to last years.

After trying numerous other truck-bed cover protectants, I tried Pro-TeX. I live in a wet weather climate and other sprays would deteriorate pretty rapidly whether my truck was covered or out in the rain. Not so for PT! While I haven't used it during extended heat (having only started using it in late fall), I look forward to testing it under those conditions.

TruXedo Pro -Tex is awesome! It is so easy to use just spray on and lite brush then wipe off and the reapply and wipe and let dry. Buff with a soft cloth and it looks like new. I use this on my pickup tonneau bed cover.

This product is very impressive. The directions seemed odd but I followed them precisely. I used about half the bottle on my tonneau cover and it looks like new! If it lasts a long time this stuff is a bargain. I’ll add before and after photos

The product came poorly packaged, damaging the bottle and leaking about half of the product. I did use the leftovers and it did an absolutely beautiful job.
