I don't like wearing masks in general but also know they are a necessity when in an environment with particulates in the air that you don't want to breathe in, such as sanding dust. They work very well compared to others I have used, especially the ones without an output vent. They don't cause my eye protection to fog up as much as most others I have used. I bought these over others with vents even though they are a tiny bit more expensive. That might matter if your purchasers care about how much it would cost for thousands of them. I don't use that many so the few pennies more are ok. They are heavy duty and catch all the dust. They are easy to put on and I don't mind them when I am working nearly as much as others I have used. I think I will throw away unused others that aren't nearly as good. I don't notice any fine dust getting through the material. The vent works very well. I like these masks even though I hate wearing masks.

I had a house fire next door and the smoke caused me bronchial phenmonia. In order to clean up my house, I wanted a mask that would handle smoke particulate. As a female with a thinner face, I was worried these would be too large for me; however they are quite tight. They are almost too small on my husband and father. At least they make a good seal. The exit valve is nice so, but they still get quite warm. I would not buy again for day to day work but I would use for specialty work. It's too early yet to see if I get sick again from being in the house (aka, how effective the mask is) but will update.

I've worn these for years, many hours at a time. They do filter out a lot of dust, but I've noticed in the last few years they have a bit more of a chemical smell. I leave the bag open to let them off-gas, but it seems my occupational use over time or the new manufacturing techniques and materials used may be the cause of skin irritation on my face and rashes that don't seem to go away easily, look more like little skin cancers, so beware they may offer some short term benefits on a dusty job, but may come with long-term costs.

Easy to breathe in, not too hot

This mask is very good if you have a big head. Even if the bottom of the mask sits above the chin, it works fine and doesn't crumple up. I've tried several masks which were recommended for large heads, but this is easily the best. As well as that, breathing is done through a valve at the front of the mask, rather than the whole mask itself being the filter. This makes it much easier to breathe, especially if you have to run and start panting.

These were sent to my son and family who live in ACT of Australia. It was life saving for them to receive these. They work well for what they needed.
